  6. This is to announce a Kermit server program for the Gould/SEL 32/77 computer

  11. There is no user interface, it is a server only.  It supports long packets,
  12. up to 768 bytes in and 1000 bytes out.  It handles run-length compression
  13. encoding in incoming packets, but does not compress when sending.  There is no
  14. further documentation.

  16. The source files and build procedure are collected together into a single
  17. file, kermit/d/gm3ker.jar (a "join archive") on watsun for anonymous FTP
  18. (Internet) and GM3KER.JAR from KERMSRV at CUVMA (BITNET).
